Born in Milan, she graduated in History of the medieval and modern art at the Catholic University, where she then achieved also the Improvement.

She performs research work in the field of the art history – especially of twentieth century -, paying particular attention to the movement of Futurism. For years she has been operating in team with Anty Pansera for the planning of exhibitions; she also collaborates to the scientific realization of catalogues, dedicating to the recovery of work of female artistis. Interested at the evolution of the decorative and applied arts and at the developments of the Italian industrial design, she studies glass production of the ‘ 900, publishing various texts on this specific topic.
In such context she plans and realizes the catalogue of the artistic estate of the Glass Museum of Altare and the event Altare Vetro Design and Altare Vetro Arte, now (2015) in its fifth edition; she is as well a member of the technical-scientific committee of the Istituto per lo Studio del Vetro e dell’Arte Vetraria of Altare.
She dedicates particular attention to the organization of archives: she collaborates to the project of the historical Gallery of the Triennale, and she is curator of the Archives Cesare Andreoni, the Archives Aldo Cerchiari and the Archives Gabriella Benedini and she is member of Board of Association of Archives of Artistis (AITART)
